Frequently asked questions
Is Ravebook an online-only store?+
Yes. Ravebook operates exclusively online at ravebook.shop. We do not run a physical retail shop, and orders cannot be placed in person.
How do I pay?+
We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the Royal Mail courier in cash when your order arrives. No card or bank details are ever collected on our site.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free across the United Kingdom on every order. We don't currently ship internationally.
How long will delivery take?+
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipped via Royal Mail with a transit time of 2–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.
Can I return an item?+
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for full details.
When will I get my refund?+
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days, by the same payment method you used (cash via bank transfer on request).
How do I track my order?+
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and email. You'll also receive your tracking number by email when the parcel is dispatched.
Will you call me before delivery?+
Sometimes — for larger items or to confirm your address, our team may give you a quick courtesy call. Otherwise the courier will deliver as normal.
